A FLEXIBLE TWO-DAY IDEA FROM YOUR RANCH BASE

Roadhouse Ranch & Camp makes a flexible base for a Central Oregon weekend. You can stay in a furnished, heated yurt or bring your own tent, van or RV for a dry campsite. Guests have praised the location for exploring Bend and Smith Rock, then returning to hot showers and time outdoors at the ranch.

ARRIVE AND SETTLE IN

Choose your accommodation before planning the rest of the trip. Campsites have no electric, water or sewer hookups; yurts have different inclusions. Check your exact listing for size, sleeping capacity and amenities. Once you arrive, get oriented to the shared bathrooms, covered gazebo and property trails.

MAKE TIME FOR BEND

Leave part of a day open for Bend instead of packing every hour with plans. Explore what interests you, then return to the ranch for a hot shower and an evening in the shared spaces. If you want a camp meal, bring your own food and check the current grill and fire rules.

PLAN A SMITH ROCK OUTING

Smith Rock is a popular reason to use Roadhouse as a base camp. Check the park's current access, weather and trail information before leaving, and choose an outing that suits your group. Bring water and sun protection for exposed high-desert conditions.

KEEP TIME FOR THE RANCH

The private lava canyon trails offer an on-site way to enjoy the setting. The ranch is beside Highway 97, so some road noise is possible, especially at night. If sleep sensitivity matters to you, ask about site placement before booking.
